These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by Infonity Intelligence Systems Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), including InfoPub, Growth OS, social media publishing tools, and related applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload through the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Third-Party Services and APIs

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms and APIs, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms and policies in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

6.1 YouTube API Services

Our product InfoPub (infopub.ai) uses YouTube API Services to enable content publishing, channel management, and video analytics. By using InfoPub's YouTube-related features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time via Google Security Settings. Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to your use of YouTube API Services.

6.2 Meta Platform (Facebook & Instagram)

InfoPub integrates with the Meta Platform (including Facebook and Instagram) via the Meta Graph API. By using InfoPub's Facebook or Instagram features, you agree to be bound by the Meta Terms of Service and Meta Platform Terms. You can revoke access via Facebook Business Integrations Settings. 6.3 TikTok API Services

InfoPub uses the TikTok API for content publishing and account management. By using InfoPub's TikTok-related features, you agree to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok API Terms of Use. You can revoke access through your TikTok account settings. 6.4 X (Twitter) API Services

InfoPub uses the X (formerly Twitter) API for content publishing and social media management. By using InfoPub's X-related features, you agree to be bound by the X Terms of Service and X Developer Agreement. You can revoke access via X Connected Apps Settings. X's Privacy Policy applies: https://twitter.com/en/privacy.

6.5 LinkedIn API Services

InfoPub uses the LinkedIn Marketing API for content publishing and professional social media management. By using InfoPub's LinkedIn-related features, you agree to be bound by the LinkedIn User Agreement and LinkedIn API Terms of Use. You can revoke access via LinkedIn Permitted Services Settings. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

All intellectual property rights in the Services (excluding user content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services without our prior written consent.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court where the company is registered.
